@forestvanslyke it is NOT NECESSARY!! i’ve been told by multiple drs and sex educators it’s totally safe to not. simply skip the sugar pills if it makes you feel better! some people like to have their period every month but there are no harmful side effect

I knew the Seasonale method was ok (3 straight months active + 7 days placebo), but 4 straight packs of active (84 active + 7 placebo) has been studied for years apparently. Also, 4 days placebo probably better than 7 if patient prefers to have a period
