1μg＝40IUなので、15,000IUは375μg。DHCの「ビタミンDサプリメント」は1粒25μg＝1,000IUで、これで摂取しようとすると15粒食べないといけないことになる。 え？そんなに？ 日本では成人で4000IU（100μg）を上限としているんだけど、その四倍近くだと流石に躊躇する量ですねぇ。 私は今1日2粒です。
