Abstract

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of brinzolamide 1%/timolol 0.5% fixed-combination (BRINZ/TIM-FC) therapy compared with timolol 0.5% (TIM) monotherapy in Japanese patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
